Trista Swinson

Trista is a devoted mother to Zachary (10) and Hannah (5). She and her husband Ronnie have been together for 21 years. Trista became a follower of Jesus Christ in April 2004. After having a radical salvation experience her entire worldview began to change. She was hungry for the Word and passionate about teaching others. Through her own healing from previous traumas, overcoming obstacles, and her passions for serving others, Trista has developed a love for self care through therapy and coaching. In being obedient to the calling and giftedness on her life, Flourish Where Planted is finally taking root to be made available to whomever God has ordained to share their journey so we can grow together. 

Trista has two doodles, Honey and Oreo. She lives at the beach in Coastal NC. She enjoys cooking, taking walks on the beach, serving at her church and in her community. Music has always been an important aspect in her life journey and finds comfort and healing through worship. She has a heart for foster care and adoption and seeing everyone living out their full potential in Christ.
